Target problem

About 80% of India is offline. Hence, they are deprived of quality information. Many of the rural communities in India remain ignorant of social issues and entitlements. The reason is due to irrelevant content and language in mass media or a lack of access to any media channels. Furthermore, there is a dearth of common platforms for citizen's voices which in turn perpetuates low levels of awareness and a lack of accountability.
