Dinesh + Hardik have created a platform to upskill and connect unskilled individuals with employers, using training courses and a benchmarking scheme to ensure employee performance. Aasaanjobs will partner with training institutes and also place emphasis on placement assistance. Back in 2013, we recognised a recurring problem in the job market. Access to a trustworthy database of candidates in the entry level an blue collar job segments was largely restricted, and the hiring process highly disorganised. This was due to a crippling unavailability of information regarding skill benchmarks as well as job requirements. It was therefore essential to create a repository of data containing information about jobs as well as candidates in this segment. Aasaanjobs was thus born as a means to address this problem.

Threads of Freedom (ToF) is a social enterprise revolutionizing the way victims of sex trafficking reintegrate themselves into society. Our mission is simple: Give trafficked women their lives back through meaningful employment and social support.

Most trafficked women lack the confidence and skills needed to reintegrate into society. Their past leaves them stigmatized; they’re spurned by their families and judged by potential employers. This leads to insecurity, isolation and an inability to start the next chapter in their lives. ToF works with nonprofit rescue organizations and professional clothing manufacturers to provide job training, employment, counselling and support for these exploited women.

ToF trains and employs rescued women in established manufacturing firms and then collaborates with these firms to produce high quality clothing. These clothes are sold to consumers, keeping our operation sustainable.

Ecommerce is becoming a preferred channel for urban consumers. Unfortunately, NGOs, artisans, and small producer groups are still not able to leverage this low cost channel to grow their customer base and increase incomes. We connect producers of sustainable products with buyers across India via our online portal. By doing so we open up the large urban and international markets for them. On the other hand, consumers from anywhere in the country are able to find and buy these products which are safer for them and benefit the planet and society. We have served 8000 customers in over 224 cities across India in the last 2 years!

We have been working since 1996 for developing, testing, building and promoting new renewable energy technologies such as biomass gasification plant, solar PV and hybrid generation and local distribution. We have vast experience on planning, designing, constructing and O+M of decentralised power plants and local Micro / Tiny Grids. We operate power plants and local grids which enables us to continuously improve their reliability and economics for commercial applications. Experience is passed on to local people, technicians and engineers through training for all activities related to rural projects. We are able to provide EPC to other organisations, technology is therefore not a problem.

We are an Electronic Product and a solution company based on our Products. In our case, scaling impact is mainly applicable to our product design life cycle and fast churn-out. Last one year we concentrated on modularizing our product design. Now our first product range using solidly tested firmware and Software Modules are ready and took one year to develop.. Subsequent products and variants using these tested Modules can be developed within one month, making a productivity improvement of 10 to 12 times
